- Project Role : Quality Assurance Lead Project Role Description : Develop and maintain quality processes and conduct reviews working with global QA initiatives and processes. Must have skills : Selenium Good to have skills : NA Minimum 3 Year(s) Of Experience Is Required Educational Qualification : 15 years full time education Summary: As a Quality Assurance Lead, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining quality processes and conducting reviews. You will work closely with global QA initiatives and processes to ensure high-quality deliverables. Your typical day will involve collaborating with cross-functional teams, identifying areas for improvement, and implementing effective quality assurance strategies. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to be an SME in quality assurance processes and methodologies. - Collaborate and manage the team to perform at their best. - Responsible for making team decisions and ensuring adherence to quality standards. - Engage with multiple teams and contribute to key decisions. - Expected to provide solutions to problems that apply across multiple teams. - Implement innovative quality assurance strategies to improve overall product quality. - Conduct regular reviews and audits to identify areas for improvement. - Develop and maintain quality processes and documentation. - Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations. - Train and mentor team members on quality assurance best practices. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Selenium. - Strong understanding of quality assurance processes and methodologies. - Experience with test automation frameworks and tools. - Knowledge of software development lifecycle and agile methodologies. - Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills. - Good To Have Skills: Experience with performance testing tools such as JMeter or LoadRunner. Additional Information: - The candidate should have a minimum of 12 years of experience in Selenium. - This position is based at our Bengaluru office. - A 15 years full time education is required. 15 years full time education,
