Job Description
- 7+ years of Software testing experience with large scale business applications environment. Technical Skills 6+ years overall experience and strong experience in QA/Manual & Automation Testing. Strong test automation experience with Selenium and C#/Java. Strong experience in Power Platform Testing, Gen AI Testing, UI Automation Testing, Workflows Testing. Nice to have BDD framework and API testing. Good to have Knowledge on cloud technologies like Azure. Leadership skills to guide & own QA process for one or more projects. Knowledge of functional testing strategies. Hands-on testing experience with enterprise applications. Responsibilities Collaborate with various business and technical stake holders to develop an overall test strategy for a project. Review and provide feedback on project artifacts like use cases, design & architecture documents. Be able to identify and define test cases based on use cases, user stories or scenarios. Be able to define detailed test items for a test case based on detailed functional and non-functional (quality of service) requirements. Be able to collaborate with QA resources to execute and evaluate test cases with direct supervision. Generate Software Change Requests (SCRs) in response to discovered defects and/or enhancement requests. Document and review test results with Business Analysts and Development teams. Collaborate with development and infrastructure team members to design and execute performance/volume/stress (PVS) tests. Document and review quality metrics with the project team. Be able to develop automated test scripts. Be able to support installation, configuration, and rollout of test tools at a project level. Be able to support development of new business proposals by providing input/content testing processes, standards, and tools. Actively pursue self-training/learning about software testing best practices and related industry standards.
