Quality Analyst(Manual & Automation) Job @ Mifm Operations

Job Description

Minimum 5 Years of experience in Manual & Automated Testing Key Responsibilities: - Design, develop, and execute comprehensive test plans and test cases for both manual and automated testing. - Identify, document, and track software defects using issue tracking tools. - Collaborate with development and product teams to understand requirements and ensure thorough testing. - Develop and maintain automated test scripts using industry-standard tools and frameworks. - Perform regression testing to ensure existing functionalities are not affected by new changes. - Analyze test results and provide detailed reports on test coverage, defects, and overall quality. - Participate in code reviews and provide feedback to improve product quality. - Continuously improve testing processes and methodologies to enhance efficiency and effectiveness. - Stay updated with the latest industry trends and best practices in software testing. *Qualifications:** - Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field. - Proven experience in software testing, with a focus on both manual and automated testing. - Proficiency in using test automation tools such as Selenium, JUnit, TestNG, or similar. - Strong understanding of software development lifecycle (SDLC) and software testing methodologies. - Experience with issue tracking tools like JIRA, Bugzilla, or similar. - Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills. - Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently. - Effective communication and collaboration skills.
