#Urgently Required We, Reckons Resource Solutions, based in Mumbai and Navi Mumbai, We offer solutions to our clients by adding value to their business. We provide recruitment services in all sectors. Currently, we are looking following positions for our Client is in production support. Job Description Role and Responsibilities:- Daily Operational activities, server and transaction monitoring. Proper issue reporting and tracking in ticketing tool. Proper intra-team communication about issue closure, handover etc. Punctual in office. To meet SLA for issues and following escalation matrix. Fulfillment of data or report requested by client. Responsive on emails and calls and ensure timely actions with minimum escalations. Application testing. To get knowledge of Transit Application. Info sec security related task. Independent task completion. Coordinate with other verticals. Research and setup monitoring tools as per requirement. Requirements Preferred Skills & Knowledge:- Unix /Linux SQL/ PLSQL, Oracle & Software Testing Basic programming skills on Java / C++ Good oral and written communication. Attitude to learn and solve problems. Qualifications and Education Details BE or B Tech or Equivalent. Duty will be in Rotational Shifts/ Night if required. Ready to work at Client location, Mumbai.
