- Posted on: Aug, 11, 2024 Practice: Enterprise Systems Group Practice Sub-Area: Enterprise Quality Assurance Job Description: Role Title: Analyst-Quality Job Responsibilities: Strong understanding on project requirements. Strong knowledge in preparing Test Plan, Test Cases/Use Cases, Test Data. Encourage self and team to use various Automation Tools and set up Automation Framework. On time delivery Ensuring the project is delivered on time through continual improvement. Quality Benchmark Ensure that the project is delivered with best quality and with minimal bugs. Establish and promote Test design guidelines, best practices, and standards. Collaborate with stakeholders and team members. Ensuring effective and timely communication with the project stakeholders and team members. Self-manage time / deliverables and work in ambiguous and frequently changing environment. Ensure compliance to processes laid down by the department and the organization. Very good in Documentation, Communication, and Time Management. Essential Requirements: At least 6+ years of working knowledge in Manual Testing is a must. At least 4+ years of working knowledge in Automation Testing is a must. Strong understanding of Software Testing Lifecycle and best practices. Must have experience with automation tools like Selenium, UiPath or similar tools. Must be familiar with Load Testing tools like JMeter, Neoload ,VAPT testing tools like Nexus, ZAP. Must be familiar with XBrowser , XDevice testing tools like BrowserStack, LamdaTest etc. Must be familiar with databases like MongoDB, MySQL, SQL Server. Strong knowledge of writing Test Cases and Tracking Bugs in Bug tracking tool. Strong understanding of software testing life cycle, Bug life cycle and best practices using Agile / SCRUM. Proficient understanding of code versioning tools, such as Git, SVN etc. Strong knowledge of MS Excel formulas and data processing capabilities. Strong knowledge of writing SQL queries. Must be able to understand requirements and make efficient Test Plan, independently as well as work jointly with the team. Must be passionate to self-learn, un-learn and re-learn new concepts / technologies and bring innovation / ideas forward. Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills. Must have ability to self-manage, plan, and execute tasks with minimum supervision. Ability to deal with ambiguity and change.
