Position: Human resources (Senior HR) Current Opening: 1 Experience Level: 2 4 years Job Location: Pune (Work from office) Work Days: Monday Friday Work Timings: 10:30 AM 7:30 PM Salary: As per Industry Standards Educational Qualifications: Bachelors or Masters degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field Talent Sourcing, Screening, and Interviewing skills Recruitment Process Management skills Collaboration and Communication abilities Knowledge of HR policies and procedures Ability to work in a fast-paced environment Strong organizational and time-management skills Role Description: This is a full-time on-site role located in Pune. We are seeking a skilled IT Recruiter with 2 to 4 years of experience in end-to-end recruitment to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate should possess strong communication and negotiation skills. The Recruiter will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and interviewing candidates, coordinating hiring managers, and managing the end-to-end recruitment process. Manage the IT talent hub through job boards and procure the right talent for the company by screening resumes and managing the database. Key Responsibilities: Human Resources (HR) Management and Personnel Management skills. Utilize various sourcing strategies such as job portals, social media, and employee referrals to attract top IT talent. Work closely with hiring managers to understand the specific job requirements and deliver suitable candidates within set timelines. Maintain and update the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) to ensure smooth recruitment workflow and documentation. Conduct preliminary interviews and assess candidates based on skills, experience, and cultural fit. Coordinate and manage interview schedules, offer negotiations, and candidate onboarding. Build and maintain a strong pipeline of potential IT talent. Stay updated on recruitment trends, market insights, and industry changes. Ensure the companys HR policies comply with local labor laws and industry best practices. Manage the companys compensation structure and benefits programs. Develop strategies to promote diversity and inclusion within the IT department. Required Skills: Proficiency in manual software testing methodologies and techniques. Familiarity with bug tracking tools and processes. Ability to maintain documents such as bug tracking and testing process documents. Basic understanding of quality assurance principles. Strong analytical skills to troubleshoot and diagnose software issues. Excellent communication skills to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams. Experience and Soft Skills Required: Proven work experience as a Talent Acquisition Specialist or similar role Familiarity with social media, resume databases and professional networks (e.g. Stack Overflow and Github) Hands-on experience with full-cycle recruiting using various interview techniques and evaluation methods Knowledge of Applicant Tracking Systems (ATSs) Excellent verbal and written communication skills A keen understanding of the differences between various roles within organizations BSc in Human Resources Management or relevant field. Excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication. Strong analytical, reporting and presentation skills. Good knowledge of Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.,
