Software Testing Lead Job in Facile Services @ Mifm Operations

Job Description

Responsibilities Understands software development lifecycle Create detailed, comprehensive and well-structured test plans and test cases Estimate, prioritize, plan and coordinate testing activities Identify, record, document thoroughly and track bugs Perform thorough regression testing when bugs are resolved Develop and apply testing processes for new and existing products to meet client needs Liaise with internal teams (e.g. developers and product managers) to identify requirements Monitor debugging process results Stay up-to-date with new testing tools and test strategies Handle and mentor a small team of 3 4 junior testing members Requirements E/B.Tech or equivalent Experience in Automation and Manual testing. Experience in Selenium and Manual testing. Experience of REST or Microservices testing. Understanding of BDD/Cucumber frameworks Experience in Database such as RDBMS, NOSQL Understanding of software development and testing life cycle and processes Zeal and drive to take end to end ownership.,
