Western Rubbers aims to be a global leader in rubber extrusion based sealing technologies through a customer-centric approach, focusing on rubber extrusions, extruded seals, and inflatable seals. Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a QA Manager at Western Rubbers in the Mumbai Metropolitan Region. The QA Manager will be responsible for overseeing quality assurance processes, implementing quality control measures, conducting audits, and ensuring compliance with industry standards. They will also collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive continuous improvement initiatives. Qualifications Quality Assurance, Quality Control, and Audit skills Experience in implementing and maintaining QA/QC processes Knowledge of industry standards and regulations Strong analytical and problem-solving skills Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities Ability to work effectively in a team environment Attention to detail and accuracy Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field,
