Division: E-commerce

Salary: 10,800-12,100 in-hand

About the FRM process you are applying for -

You will be working in the Fraud & Risk Management process as an Agent.

Two types of fraud happen in the eCom industry, Seller Side OR Buyer (customer) Side. Both kinds of will come to us.

Our job role is to identify whether it is happening from the seller/buyer side & accordingly, we have to take action.

Based on certain client-set guidelines, we have to take action on whether to approve or reject the return cases.

Fraud and risk management, customer support

Only graduates can apply.
Should be only from Kolkata
Should be comfortable with WFO
6 working days - 1 day weekly rotational off
Day shift
Immediate joiners only
