Qualification: M.Sc / B.E / B.Tech - 1st class from a reputed Institute Specialization in Analytical / Organic / Biochemistry / Oil Technology / Chemical Engineering Experience: 12-15 years of hands-on experience in the Edible Oils / Foods / FMCG industry as a Quality Head, with at least 7 years in Edible Oils & Fats. Led a team of Analysts and Chemists. Liaised with regulatory authorities, customers, and vendors. Good knowledge of laboratory safety requirements. Expertise: Strong knowledge in organic & inorganic chemistry and its applications. Familiarity with food regulations like FSSAI, Agmark, Weights & Measures, Codex, etc. Expertise in ISO, FSSC 22K, Integrated Management Systems, Kosher, Halal, GMP, GHK, Pest Controls, etc. Proficiency in process-driven QA, QC tools. Knowledge of working principles and troubleshooting of analytical equipment like GC, HPLC, NMR, MS, Spectrophotometers, etc. Strong expertise in complaint redressal, RCA & CAPA. CTC :10 per annum,
