Job Description

Job Title : Service Engineer - 2 Wheelers

Qualifications : Diploma / B.E in Electronics or Automobile Engineering

Experience : 0-2 years

Key Responsibilities

1. Service & Maintenance:

   • Diagnose and resolve technical issues in electric two-wheelers, including electrical, mechanical, and software systems.
   • Perform preventive maintenance and periodic servicing of vehicles.
   • Conduct field visits for on-site service and repair.

2. Customer Support:

   • Interact with customers to understand vehicle issues and provide solutions.
   • Deliver technical training and guidance to customers and dealers when needed.

3. Technical Documentation:

   • Prepare detailed service reports and documentation for each vehicle serviced.
   • Record recurring technical issues and recommend product improvements to the R&D team.

4. Dealer & Team Support:

   • Train dealer teams on troubleshooting and repairing electric two-wheelers.
   • Assist the service team in improving operational efficiency and customer satisfaction.

5. Quality Control:

   • Ensure all vehicles serviced meet company standards.
   • Test and certify repairs before vehicle handover to customers.
