Job Description

• Job Title Service Engineer (Field)
• Qualifications Diploma / B.E in Electronics or Automobile Engineering
• Experience 0-2 years
• Job Objective: To ensure seamless installation, maintenance, and repair of charging stations and batteries, while minimizing downtime and enhancing customer satisfaction

Major Responsibilities:       

• Installation and Commissioning - Perform new Charging Station Installation & handle 2W customer retro fitment and activation.      
• Diagnostics and Repair-  Perform CS diagnostics and repairs to ensure optimal station functionality. Conduct battery diagnostics and repairs when required.       
• Ticket/Work Order Management - Updating and closing tickets or work orders with proper documentation, ensuring accurate and timely reporting of all completed tasks.      
• Maintenance and Repairs - Execute CS scheduled maintenance tasks to avoid downtime.      
• Additional Responsibilities -Must be capable of repairing 2W (Two-Wheeler) systems when required. 

Technical Skill Set Required:

• Knowledge of Diagnosing & Repairing CS/battery systems.
• Proficiency in maintaining records of installations, repair & maintenance.
• Good interpersonal skills.
• Ability to handle and resolve technical issues.
