Job Description

Job Title: IVR Manual Tester Location: Pan India Job Type: Contract/Freelancer Job Description: IVR Manual Tester We are looking for an experienced IVR Manual Tester to ensure the quality and reliability of our Interactive Voice Response (IVR) systems. Key Responsibilities: Develop and execute test cases for IVR call flows, menus, and integrations. Identify, document, and report defects, ensuring proper resolution. Conduct performance, usability, and regression testing. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet testing goals. Required Skills: 3+ years of experience in IVR manual testing. IVR call flow, Architecture, Genesys, agent related scenarios, idea on backend validation on Telephony related things. knowledge on chat and Twilio Strong understanding of IVR systems, call flows, and telecommunication protocols. Proficiency in defect tracking tools (e.g., JIRA). Excellent analytical and communication skills.,
