MIS Resource role for FCS Software Solutions Ltd.

Location: Samsung office, DLF, Cyber city, Sector 24, Gurgaon, (SDSI Office, Gurugram)

Contract Duration - 6months

Position : Redemption Validation Agent (RMS Document Management)

Roles & Responsibility:

Document Validation -Documents (e.g. receipts) validity check in RMS system

• Validate documents submitted for redemption claim Determine the acceptability of documents against predetermined criteria Review and make necessary corrections to the data entered by customers in the system Verify and approve redemption claims (target to process 220 - 250 daily)

Customer Service Support

• Email communication with End Customers (defined below) in case of any redem ption issues. End Customers refers to the consumers who purchases Samsung El ectronics products from different channels and thereafter who submitted redem ption claim through RMS system
• Escalate delivery requests / enquiries to logistics team for follow-up
• Escalate non redemption-related emails (e.g. warranty for premiums, faulty pre miums) to respective teams for follow-up

Promotion schedule management

• Follow up with the respective promotion owner/ authorized key personnel for R MS Promotion schedule, details and documents validation checkpoints / logic

Transaction Monitoring and reporting

• Monitor daily redemption submission status
• RMS Promotion Report preparation
• Monitoring and follow up
• Report dubious claims (e.g. bulk redemptions via same account)
• Investigate dubious redemption claims with relevant parties (decide to approve or reject) Abbreviation
