- Role Overview The **Business Development - IT Project Manager** is responsible for identifying growth opportunities, building client relationships, and managing the delivery of IT projects from inception to completion. This dual-role position requires strong project management skills, a strategic mindset for business development, and the ability to oversee multiple IT projects while engaging prospective clients. Key Responsibilities Business Development - **Client Acquisition:** Identify and develop new business opportunities by researching and reaching out to potential clients in target markets. - **Relationship Building:** Cultivate relationships with clients to understand their business needs and propose appropriate IT solutions. - **Sales Strategy:** Contribute to the development and implementation of business development strategies to meet company growth targets. - **Proposal Creation:** Prepare and deliver proposals, presentations, and RFP responses for prospective clients. - **Market Analysis:** Conduct market and competitor analysis to inform sales strategies and project proposals. IT Project Management - **Project Planning:** Define project scope, objectives, resources, and timelines for IT projects, ensuring alignment with client requirements. - **Team Coordination:** Work with cross-functional teams, including developers, designers, and engineers, to ensure project milestones are met. - **Risk Management:** Identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies to ensure project success. - **Budgeting:** Manage project budgets and resources effectively to maintain cost-efficiency. - **Quality Assurance:** Oversee project deliverables, conduct regular quality checks, and ensure adherence to client specifications. - **Client Communication:** Serve as the main point of contact for clients throughout project lifecycle, providing updates, handling concerns, and ensuring satisfaction.
