Job Description
- We are seeking a dynamic and experienced IT Project Manager to join our team in Ludhiana. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 2 years of experience in managing IT projects and possess some knowledge of coding. As an IT Project Manager, you will be responsible for planning, executing, and finalizing projects according to deadlines and within budget. Key Responsibilities: Define project scope, goals, and deliverables. Effectively communicate project expectations to team members and stakeholders in a timely and clear fashion. Identify and resolve issues and conflicts within the project team. Plan and schedule project timelines and milestones using appropriate tools. Track project milestones and deliverables. Proactively manage changes in project scope, identify potential crises, and devise contingency plans. Develop and deliver progress reports, proposals, requirements documentation, and presentations. Required Skills and Qualifications: Minimum of 2 years of experience in IT project management. Knowledge of coding in languages such as Angular, .NET, or C++. Experience with project management software tools (e.g., Microsoft Project, JIRA, Asana). Solid organizational skills including attention to detail and multitasking skills. Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
