- Job Overview: We are seeking an experienced Senior Product Owner to lead and scale multiple digital and traditional media products. The ideal candidate will possess strong business acumen, particularly in understanding P&L, creating a vision that aligns with business goals, and ensuring the successful execution of product strategies. The candidate should have hands-on experience in scaling mobile and web-based products and demonstrate a strong understanding of stakeholder management, balancing the needs of various internal and external partners. Key Responsibilities: Product Strategy & Vision: Develop and communicate a clear product vision that aligns with the company's business objectives. Ensure all product decisions are aligned with long-term business goals, driving revenue and profitability. Product Execution: Own the end-to-end execution of product development, from ideation to launch and beyond. Define, prioritize, and communicate product features, ensuring timely delivery in line with business needs. Set and meet ambitious growth, scalability, and optimization goals for web and mobile platforms. Stakeholder Management: Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, content, editorial, and engineering, to deliver high-impact solutions. Manage expectations and align priorities with senior leadership and other stakeholders. Regularly communicate product performance and roadmap progress to stakeholders. P&L Management: Oversee product budgets, ensuring resource allocation is aligned with business priorities. Drive profitability by identifying opportunities for increasing revenue and optimizing costs. Team Leadership: Mentor and guide product teams, instilling a results-driven, execution-focused mindset. Foster a collaborative environment that encourages innovation and data-driven decision-making. Key Qualifications: Experience: Minimum 7 years of experience in product management, with a proven track record of scaling web and mobile products. Business Acumen: Strong understanding of P&L, revenue models, and product-market fit, with the ability to create strategies that impact the overall business. Execution Focused: A go-getter attitude with a passion for delivering results and driving projects to completion. Stakeholder Management: Proven ability to manage complex stakeholder relationships and navigate competing priorities. Technical Expertise: Solid understanding of digital platforms, including mobile apps and web-based products. Location: Willingness to be based in Jaipur, Rajasthan. Preferred Skills: Experience in the media industry, particularly in news (digital, traditional, FM). Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a focus on customer-centric solutions. Ability to manage cross-functional teams and influence decision-making at all levels.,
