- Job Title: Sr. Product Owner Location: Hyderabad Company: NHR Technologies Experience Level: 7 to 10 years Job Overview: We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Sr. Product Owner to join our team. The Product Owner will be responsible for leading the development and execution of product vision, strategy, and roadmap. This role will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to define product requirements, prioritize features, and ensure timely delivery of high-quality products that delight our customers. Responsibilities: 1.Conduct market research, customer interviews, and competitive analysis to inform product strategy and direction. 2.Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure alignment with strategic priorities and business objectives. 3.Manage the product backlog, including grooming, prioritization, and refinement of user stories and requirements. 4.Work closely with development teams to ensure clear understanding of product requirements and acceptance criteria. 5.Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including engineering, design, marketing, and sales, to define and deliver product releases. 6.Facilitate communication and alignment between stakeholders and development teams throughout the product lifecycle. 7.Plan and coordinate product releases, defining release scope, timelines, and deliverables. 8.Work with development teams to prioritize and schedule release features and ensure timely delivery according to release plans. 9.Conduct product demos and reviews with stakeholders to gather feedback, validate requirements, and ensure alignment with expectations. 10. Iterate on product features and designs based on stakeholder feedback and user validation. 11.Collaborate with QA teams to define and execute test plans, ensuring product quality and functionality meet acceptance criteria. 12.Work with UX/UI designers to create intuitive and user-friendly product designs that meet user needs and align with product goals. 13.Analyse product performance metrics, user feedback, and usage data to identify areas for improvement and optimization. 14.Make data-driven decisions to prioritize product enhancements and drive continuous improvement. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in business, engineering, computer science, or related field. 6 years of experience specifically in product management or related role, with a proven track record of delivering successful products. Background in HR domain and B2B products is a plus. Solid understanding of Agile/Scrum methodologies and experience working in an Agile environment. Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills, with a data-driven approach to decision-making. Experience with product management tools such as Jira, Confluence, Asana, or Trello.
