Job Summary Essential Functions Configures, deploys, administers, and maintains Avients regional cloud and global network environments, including but not limited to: Cloud Routing Architecture SDWAN Public IP Management Connectivity (Internet/MPLS etc) Capacity Planning & Monitoring Total Access Orchestration Cloud Firewalling Cloud Network Platforms Intra Cloud Connectivity Global Data Center Networking Hyperscaler Networking Provide project management for complex site network infrastructure integrations, installations, and upgrades. Ensure that the security, performance, reliability, and efficiency of Avient's cloud network infrastructure is maintained and continually improved. Troubleshoot and resolve all relevant issues identified through monitoring platforms, calls, service desk, and vendor generated tickets in accordance with established SLAs. Act as a liaison between appropriate end users and all other IT Teams via phone, email, and ticketing systems. Provides documentation for all projects, systems, and knowledgebase articles. Support and help maintain relationships with all relevant IT vendors. Participate in the IT strategic process and/or service needs. Ability to work with little or no supervision within global virtual teams. Follow instruction to achieve a high-quality outcome. Flexibility to work within global regional time zones, including to participate in off hours support and weekend on-call status. Potential global travel up to 10%. Other duties as assigned.
