Job Description
- We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented back office assistant to join our team at SSAAR GEO ANALYST. As a vital member of our team, you will be responsible for providing administrative support and ensuring the smooth running of our day-to-day operations. Key Responsibilities: 1. Utilize MS-Excel, MS-Office, MS-PowerPoint, and MS-Word to create and maintain spreadsheets, documents, and presentations. 2. Assist in data entry, analysis, and reporting to support the geospatial analysis team. 3. Coordinate with team members to schedule meetings, prepare agendas, and take meeting minutes. 4. Manage and organize company files, documents, and correspondence in an efficient manner. 5. Utilize AutoCAD to assist in drafting and editing technical drawings and designs. 6. Provide general office support including answering phone calls, responding to emails, and greeting visitors. 7. Assist with special projects and other duties as assigned by management.
