- Position: Programming and Data Structures Trainer Location: Chandigarh (Mohali) and Nearby Job Type: Full-time (On site) Job Description: We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Programming/Data Structure Trainer to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering training on programming languages such as C, C++, Java and Data Structures to a diverse group of students in a classroom setting. Key Responsibilities: A Programming/Data Structures trainer is responsible for training students on the concepts of programming and data structures. This includes topics such as Data Structures, Algorithms, and Object-oriented programming. The trainer should also train students on the practical implementation of data structures. Design and deliver engaging training sessions on programming languages s uch as C, C++, Java, and Data Structures. Create and maintain training materials, including lesson plans, presentations, and assessments. Monitor student progress and provide feedback and support to ensure student success. Collaborate with other trainers to ensure consistency in training and to share best practices. Qualifications: This is a full-time position, and the trainer will be expected to work with a diverse set of students including those with varying levels of programming experience. The trainer will be expected to be up-to-date with the latest developments in programming and data structures and be familiar with a variety of programming languages. Experience in Data Structures and programming languages (C/C++/Java). Strong background in computer science and experience of training and mentoring students. Strong communication skills and the ability to explain complex concepts in a clear and simple way. Strong organisational and time management skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Strong problem-solving and analytical skills. Education: B.E./B.Tech./MCA/MSc-IT/MSc-CS/M.Tech/PhD.
