Job Description
- The Lead Software QA Engineer (SQA) focuses on the overall quality of a Software solution in integration with all the Material Handling Equipment( MHE) during the development phase of the product release. The Lead SQA will apply proven communication, problem-solving, and Quality assurance skills to guide the technical team on issues related to the design and development of Fortna products. Required Qualifications: Bachelors degree in computer science, engineering, or a related field or equivalent combination of education and experience or equivalent combination of education and experience 8+ years of a combination of experience in Quality Assurance verifying Systems Integration, web services testing and client server-based application testing, warehouse execution systems Experience developing test plans, leading test events, and preparing test reports Experience working with Agile Software Development Life-Cycle (SDLC) methodologies Experience working with project & task management, and test management software, such as JIRA, qTest, Confluence or similar systems Experience working with Java Test Automation platforms such as Serenity, Selenium etc. Experience working with Continuous integrated environments and set up of dockerized application Good Understanding of Database designs, Oracle/SQL experience, File management systems Knowledge of network hardware, protocols, and standards, including TCP/IP, FTP, API etc. Strong customer-service orientation Highly self-motivated and directed Able to prioritize and execute tasks in a high-pressure environment Ability to work in a high-paced, highly dynamic environment Ability to conduct root cause analysis into application development issues, Experience troubleshooting from system log files Strong interpersonal, organisational, time management and problem solving skills Available for occasional domestic and international travel,
