Desired Skills And Experience Essential skills 8+ years of experience as a Data Analytics & BI Architect, with demonstrated expertise in designing, managing, and optimizing data warehouses, lakes, lakehouses as well as scalable business intelligence and analytics workflows. Must have experience in following technology stack (Microsoft Fabric, Spark, Delta Lake, Lake House, SQL, ADLS, Azure DevOps, Azure Data Factory, Semantic Model, PowerBI) In-depth knowledge of cloud-based data platforms like Databricks, Snowflake, and similar platforms. Strong understanding of data models in business intelligence (BI) tools such as Power BI, Tableau, and other analytics tools. Experience in leading and managing data analytics and BI teams Proven experience with data integration and ETL in Microsoft Fabric. Advanced SQL skills and solid expertise in database design principles. Knowledge of the Azure Cloud Platform, especially in relation to data warehousing and storage solutions. Background in data integration and engineering, including familiarity with data pipelines and storage optimization. Strong grasp of data governance, data security, and compliance requirements. Problem-solving skills with a track record of resolving complex technical issues. Microsoft certifications in data-related fields are preferred. Strong communication skills, both written and oral, with a business and financial aptitude. Education: Bachelors or masters in science or engineering disciplines (Computer Science, Engineering, Maths, Physics, etc.) Key Responsibilities Lead a range of BI and data analytics projects and POCs for financial services clients. Lead the design and development of advanced analytics solutions using Microsoft Fabric and Power BI. Architecting and managing Azure Data Factory pipelines to streamline data processing and integration for analytics and reporting into BI tools like Power BI and Tableau. Develop and deploy data integration solutions, including data ingestion, transformation, and delivery to consumers within Microsoft Fabric, while utilizing optimal storage formats and layers. Design and implement scalable and efficient data pipelines for both structured and unstructured data from diverse sources using Microsoft Fabric technologies (Dataflow gen2, Data Pipelines, PySpark notebooks, Spark SQL, and Python) Optimize BI solutions for performance and scalability. Create and maintain comprehensive documentation covering Data Fabric architecture, processes, and procedures. Serve as the primary contact for client communications, ensuring clear and effective information exchange. Incorporate feedback from clients and continuously improve models, dashboards, and processes. Maintain project documentation, including technical specifications, user guides, and project progress reports Key Metrics Strong hands-on experience in solutioning and deploying data analytics solutions in Microsoft Fabric Strong hands-on knowledge of Databricks and Snowflake Advanced SQL skills and solid expertise in database design principle Behavioral Competencies Strong communication skills (verbal and written) Experience in managing client stakeholders Experience in leading projects and managing teams #JPKR #JPKR,
