- Job Description Job Title: *National Head Relationship Manager* Company: A Leading Life Insurance Company Location: Chennai, Tamil Nadu (with travel across India) Job Type: Full-time Position Overview:* A company is seeking a National Head Relationship Manager to oversee the client relationships with a prominent NBFC across India. This strategic role will be responsible for ensuring seamless communication between the client and our company while driving business growth and maintaining high levels of client satisfaction. Key Responsibilities:* Lead the relationship management team to ensure the smooth operation of client interactions and service delivery. Act as the Conduct regular business reviews with key stakeholders, addressing concerns and identifying opportunities for improvement. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver tailored solutions that align with client objectives. Analyze market trends and client feedback to provide insights that shape our service offerings and client strategies. Prepare and present comprehensive performance reports to senior management. Qualifications: * Masters degree from a top-tier institution. * Minimum of 10 years of experience in relationship management or sales, with at least [X] years in a leadership role, preferably in the BFSI sector. * Proven track record of managing high-value client relationships and achieving sales targets. * Strong understanding of the life insurance and NBFC markets. * Excepfional communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. * Willingness to travel extensively across India as required. * Age up to 40 years.primary liaison between the company and the NBFC client, ensuring all needs are met effectively.
