The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and executing test plans, writing comprehensive test cases, and ensuring the delivery of high-quality products. Key Responsibilities Testing Oversight: Lead the testing efforts for mobile applications, ATM applications, and websites, ensuring that all products meet quality standards. Test Case Development: Write detailed and effective test cases based on product requirements, ensuring comprehensive coverage of functionalities. Test Execution: Execute functional, regression, performance, and usability testing, identifying and documenting defects effectively. Log Analysis: Analyze logs and system outputs to identify issues, providing detailed reports and feedback to development teams. Collaboration: Work closely with developers, product managers, and other stakeholders to understand requirements and provide feedback on product quality. Quality Assurance Strategy: Develop and implement QA strategies and processes to improve overall product quality and testing efficiency. Mentoring: Mentor and guide junior QA team members, fostering a culture of quality and continuous improvement within the team. Reporting: Provide regular status reports on testing progress, quality metrics, and risks to stakeholders. Qualifications Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. 5-8 years of experience in software quality assurance, with a focus on mobile applications, ATM applications, and websites. Strong experience in writing test cases and executing various types of testing (functional, regression, performance, etc.). Proficiency in using QA tools and test management software. Familiarity with logging and monitoring tools for identifying and troubleshooting issues. Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with a keen eye for detail. Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams. Preferred Skills Experience with automated testing tools and frameworks (e.g., Selenium, Appium). Knowledge of Agile methodologies and experience working in Agile environments. Familiarity with mobile testing best practices and tools.,
