- Job Title: Plant Head (Head-Operations) Location: Wagholi, Pune. Job Type: Full-Time and ON SITE Only Job Summary: The Plant Head will oversee all operations at our aerospace manufacturing facility. This role requires a strategic leader with extensive experience in the aerospace industry to ensure efficient production, quality control, and compliance with safety regulations Key Responsibilities: Operational Management: Oversee all plant operations, including production, maintenance, warehousing, ME, NPD, HR, Accounts and logistics. Production Oversight: Manage the production of aerospace components, ensuring adherence to quality standards and timelines. Quality Control: Implement and maintain quality assurance and control processes to meet industry standards and customer requirements. Team Leadership: Lead and mentor a team of managers and staff, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and high performance. Safety Compliance: Ensure all operations comply with health and safety regulations. Strategic Planning: Develop and implement strategies to increase productivity and efficiency. Budget Management: Manage the plants budget, ensuring cost-effective operations. Qualifications: Education: Bachelors degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, or a related field. A Masters degree is preferred. Experience: Minimum of 10 years of experience in plant management within the aerospace industry. Skills: Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills. Proficiency in ERP systems and lean manufacturing principles. Preferred Attributes: Proven track record of improving operational efficiency and productivity. In-depth knowledge of aerospace manufacturing processes and standards. Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
