The ideal candidate will be responsible for leading a team of data engineers, setting technical direction, and driving innovation in data engineering across our organization. Experience 10-15 Years Key Responsibilities: Lead a team of data engineers, providing mentorship and guidance to ensure high-quality delivery of data engineering projects. Develop and implement best practices for data engineering, ensuring consistent and efficient data processing and storage solutions. Collaborate with stakeholders to understand their data requirements and recommend data engineering solutions to meet those needs. Design and implement data pipelines, ensuring data is securely and accurately transferred from source to destination. Ensure data quality and data security by implementing appropriate validation and auditing processes. Stay up to date with the latest technologies and trends in data engineering and recommend appropriate solutions to improve the team's performance. Special Request: (If any) This is a chapter lead position so prior leadership experience will be nice to have. Mandatory skills DataStage , Python, SQL, AWS technologies like S3, EMR, Glue, Redshift, Lambda, KiAnesis etc. Desired/ Secondary skills Experience of data orchestration using tools such as TWS, Airflow or similar,
