Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a SupportIntern at InternshipStudio located in Pune. We are seeking a motivated Support Intern to join our team and assist in providing outstanding customer support. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a strong customer-centric approach, and a willingness to learn and grow in a fast-paced environment. Key Responsibilities: Handle incoming customer calls and emails professionally and courteously. Provide timely and effective support to customers by troubleshooting issues and resolving inquiries promptly. Create and manage support tickets using our internal ticketing system, ensuring accurate documentation of customer interactions and resolutions. Collaborate with other team members to escalate complex issues and ensure timely resolution. Communicate effectively with customers to provide status updates, gather additional information, and ensure a positive support experience. Qualifications: Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in any field or equivalent practical experience. Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to convey technical information clearly and concisely. Customer-focused mindset with a passion for delivering exceptional service. Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment. Proficiency in using computer applications and familiarity with customer support software is a plus.
