Job Details: - Job Title: HR Intern - Company: Vikash Consultancy and Allied Services - Location: Bengaluru, Karnataka - Job Type: Internship (On-site) - Duration: 6 months - Timings: 9:45 am to 5:30 pm (Monday to Friday, with alternate Saturdays) Responsibilities: - Assist in recruitment efforts - Maintain employee records and databases - Support employee engagement initiatives and company events - Assist with benefits administration - Conduct research and provide recommendations on HR-related projects - Ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements - Perform other HR-related tasks as assigned What They Offer: - Hands-on experience in HR operations - Mentorship and guidance from experienced HR professionals - Collaborative and dynamic work environment - Letter of recommendation upon successful completion of internship Qualifications: - Graduation - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Ability to work independently - Basic Excel and MS Word skills,
