- My Seeds Private Limited, a key member of the MS Group, stands as a leading agricultural enterprise managing multiple seed businesses and offering hundreds of farmer-focused hybrid seed products. Operating across PAN-Indian states, we are committed to delivering high-quality seeds that empower farmers and foster agricultural growth. While each business operates independently but shares critical resources like logistics, production, employee management, and administrative operations. With a central hub in Hyderabad and operations spanning multiple regions, we aim to streamline workflows, optimize resource sharing, and implement modern technology to drive efficiency and scalability. To achieve this, we are seeking a Chief Technology/Transformation Officer (CTO) with extensive industry knowledge in seed or FMCG industries to lead this transformation effort. We are looking for a hands-on Expert who can strategize, execute, and sustain impactful changes while fostering collaboration and innovation across our companies. What We Are Looking For We need a visionary leader with the ability to: Strategize: Develop and execute a digital transformation roadmap tailored to the seed industry. Lead Teams: Inspire, manage, and guide cross-functional teams through change initiatives. Execute: Roll up their sleeves to directly contribute to implementation and problem-solving. Bring Expertise: Apply deep operational knowledge in seed production, logistics, supply chain, and resource optimization to address our unique challenges. Key Responsibilities Strategic Leadership Industry-Specific Strategy: Create a transformation strategy that addresses the specific challenges of the seed business, including resource-sharing models, logistics complexities, and operational inefficiencies. Long-Term Vision: Define measurable goals and milestones for operational efficiency, scalability, and sustainability. Align transformation initiatives with the long-term vision and growth goals of MS Group. Organizational Buy-In: Collaborate with leadership and stakeholders across all companies to secure buy-in and ensure alignment with transformation objectives. Technology and Operational Execution ERP and SCM Deployment: Implement advanced ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle NetSuite, Zoho One) to integrate logistics, production, inventory management, and HR functions. Inventory and Logistics Management: Introduce advanced tracking systems (e.g., barcode or RFID) to ensure traceability and optimize logistics performance. Automation and Communication: Team Leadership and Development Building High-Performing Teams: Build and manage cross-functional teams, including operations, technology, and project management professionals. Inspire and mentor team members, fostering a culture of innovation, accountability, and collaboration. Training and Adoption: Lead the training of employees across all companies to ensure effective adoption of new systems and processes. Sustaining Transformation: Establish frameworks to monitor, refine, and sustain improvements long after implementation. Desired Skills and ExpertiseIndustry Expertise 7+ years of experience in leadership roles within the seed industry or FMCG, or agriculture sectors. Deep understanding of operational workflows specific to seed companies, including production, distribution, supply chain, and logistics. Proven experience in addressing the challenges of managing shared resources across multiple independent entities. Technical Expertise Strong experience in deploying ERP/SCM systems tailored to operational needs (e.g., SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics, or Zoho One). Expertise in inventory management tools, logistics technology, and traceability systems. Knowledge of cloud-based solutions and automation technologies. Leadership and Execution Skills Proven track record of leading large-scale transformation projects from planning to execution. Hands-on approach with the ability to directly contribute to solving complex operational challenges. Exceptional team-building and leadership skills to manage and inspire cross-functional teams. Strong decision-making and problem-solving abilities, especially under complex and high-pressure situations. Strategic and Communication Skills Visionary thinker with the ability to align technology solutions with business goals. Excellent communication skills to engage stakeholders at all levels. Change management expertise to foster organizational buy-in and drive smooth transitions. Experience Required 7+ years of experience in technology implementation, operations strategy, or transformation roles. Significant experience in seed companies, agriculture, or FMCG industries, with a deep understanding of their operational nuances. Hands-on leadership experience in implementing ERP systems, optimizing supply chains, or driving digital transformation initiatives.
