Randstad Enterprise is seeking applications for the role of Human Resources Coordinator to join our team. You will be responsible for supporting the day-to-day HR operations of the organization, ensuring that business processes are efficient, effective, and streamlined. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams working on-site and implement solutions that optimize our operations.


  • Role Title: Human Resources Coordinator
  • Role Type: Contractual (9 Months)
  • Nature of Employment: Full-Time
  • Nature of Job: Work from Office (Client's Office) - All 5 Days
  • Shift Timings: Monday to Friday (9 Am to 6 Pm)
  • Location: Hyderabad
  • Maximum Pay: 4 LPA (Per Annum)
  • Qualifications: MBA (Human Resources)
  • Experience: Freshers

primary responsibilities

  • Perform day-to-day back office administrative tasks related to the HR function.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records, including personal information, employment history, benefits enrollment, and payroll data.
  • Process payroll tasks accurately and timely, ensuring compliance with applicable laws, regulations, and internal policies.
  • Assist in benefits administration, including enrollment, changes, and inquiries.
  • Handle data entry, document management, and ensure data accuracy and integrity.
  • Prepare and distribute various HR reports, documents, and correspondence.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to gather and organize employee information for onboarding, offboarding, and transfers.
  • Support compliance efforts by adhering to legal requirements and internal policies in handling sensitive employee data.
  • Respond to employee queries related to HR policies, procedures, and administrative matters.
  • Contribute to process improvement initiatives to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of back office operations.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Any experience in HR outsourcing projects or HRO roles. (not mandatory)
  • Strong knowledge of HR processes, including payroll, benefits administration, and data management.
  • Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and record keeping.
  • Solid understanding of HR compliance requirements and ability to maintain confidentiality.
  • Proficient in using G-Suite Applications (spreadsheet, slides, forms, docs)
  • Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to prioritize and meet deadlines.
  • Effective communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
  • Demonstrated problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to resolving issues.
  • Knowledge of local employment laws and regulations is a plus.
