Job Description

    We are seeking a skilled and motivated Web Developer to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of backend technologies, experience with frameworks like Django or Laravel, and proficiency in Object-Oriented Programming (OOPs) principles. A solid grasp of database management, along with foundational knowledge of frontend development, is also essential. Key Responsibilities: Design, develop, test, and maintain backend systems and services using OOPs principles. Develop and optimize dynamic web applications using frameworks like Django, Laravel, or similar. Collaborate with frontend developers to ensure seamless user experiences. Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code in languages such as PHP, Python, or Java. Create and manage relational databases using MySQL. Implement security and data protection measures for applications. Debug and resolve technical issues to enhance application performance. Stay updated with emerging backend technologies and best practices. Must-Have Skills: Proficiency in backend programming languages like PHP, Python, or Java. Strong experience with frameworks such as Django, Laravel, or similar. Solid understanding of Object-Oriented Programming (OOPs) principles and their implementation. In-depth knowledge of MySQL and database design principles. Basic understanding of frontend technologies like HTML and CSS. Familiarity with RESTful API design and implementation. Knowledge of version control systems like Git. Strong problem-solving and debugging skills. Excellent communication and collaboration abilities. Good-to-Have Skills: Experience with frontend frameworks such as React.js (a plus). RestAPI Development. Familiarity with JavaScript and ES6+. Understanding of microservices architecture. Hands-on experience with testing tools and frameworks for backend systems. Qualifications: Bachelors degree in Computer Science, IT, or a related field (or equivalent experience). 1+ years of professional experience in backend development with a strong emphasis on OOPs.
