• Designing and developing ServiceNow solutions, including applications, workflows, integrations, and customizations.    
• Managing the development lifecycle of ServiceNow applications, including design, testing, deployment, and maintenance.   
• Developing and maintaining technical documentation for ServiceNow solutions.
