Job Description: Graphic Designer (Marketing Department)
Position Overview: We are seeking a talented and creative Designer to join the Marketing
Department of Lithium Urban Technology.
As a Marketing Designer, your primary responsibility will be to create visually appealing and
engaging creatives across multiple formats and mediums. You will play a crucial role in supporting
the marketing team by designing materials that effectively communicate the brand's message and
help drive customer engagement and conversions. Your designs will be used in various marketing
campaigns, including digital advertising, social media, email marketing, print materials, and more.
Responsibilities:
1. Design and develop visually appealing creatives that align with the brand's
guidelines and target audience preferences.
2. Collaborate closely with the marketing team to understand campaign
objectives, target audience, and messaging.
3. Create engaging designs for digital advertising, including static and animated
banners, social media ads, and landing page graphics.
4. Design eye-catching social media posts, including images, infographics, and
videos, that drive engagement and promote brand awareness.
5. Create visually appealing email marketing templates and graphics that align with
the campaign goals and effectively communicate the brand's message.
6. Design print materials such as brochures, flyers, posters, and banners for offline
marketing initiatives, ensuring consistency with the brand identity.
7. Stay up to date with the latest design trends, techniques, and industry best
practices to ensure the brand's visual assets remain fresh and relevant.
8. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure the successful execution of
design projects.
9. Conduct quality checks on all deliverables to ensure accuracy, consistency, and
adherence to brand guidelines.
10. Manage multiple design projects simultaneously and prioritize tasks based on
deadlines and project requirements.
Qualifications:
1. Proven work experience as a graphic designer or marketing designer, preferably
in a marketing or advertising agency setting.
2. Proficiency in industry-standard design software such as Adobe Creative Suite
(Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
3. Solid understanding of design principles, typography, color theory, and layout
composition.
4. Ability to think creatively and develop unique design concepts that align with
the brand's objectives and target audience.
5. Strong communication and collaboration skills to effectively work with the
marketing team and interpret project requirements.
6. Attention to detail and a meticulous approach to design to ensure accuracy and
quality in the final deliverables.
7. Ability to work independently, manage multiple projects simultaneously, and
meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
8. Familiarity with digital marketing platforms, social media, and web design
principles is a plus.
9. Knowledge of printing processes, materials, and specifications for producing
high-quality print collateral.
10. Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize
tasks effectively.
