QA Lead Responsibilities Leading a team of testers and be responsible for the quality of their work Creating test plans and strategies Identifying and documenting defects Participating in daily stand-up meetings, sprint planning, and sprint retrospectives Coordinating with other teams to ensure timely delivery of quality software products QA Lead Requirements & Skills 4 years of experience in software testing Strong knowledge of software QA methodologies and tools Strong communication and interpersonal skills Ability to lead and motivate a team of testers Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines Job Types: Full-time, Permanent Schedule: Day shift Monday to Friday,
