Company Description CS Group India, a division of Chainrup Sampatram with a heritage of 177 years in Textile trading, is the master franchisee for Apple, Levis, Reebok & Adidas in East India. Operating over 55 exclusive retail stores and supplying to 25 brand stores across 19 cities in East India, we are also authorized service providers for Apple. Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Front Desk Executive at CS Group India located in Howrah. The Front Desk Executive will be responsible for handling receptionist duties, providing excellent customer service, utilizing strong interpersonal skills, maintaining phone etiquette, and effective communication. Qualifications Interpersonal Skills, Communication, and Customer Service Phone Etiquette and Receptionist Duties Experience in a customer-facing role Proficiency in MS Office applications Strong organizational skills and attention to detail Ability to multitask and work efficiently under pressure Previous experience in a similar role is a plus Minimum of a high school diploma or equivalent,
