Responsibilities Drive the growth of domestic and international business by identifying new opportunities and expanding existing accounts. Oversee the entire Profit & Loss (P&L) management for the designated business vertical. Lead efforts to identify, prospect, and acquire new customers through targeted business development initiatives. Meet and exceed monthly targets related to sales, margins, and collections. Focus on customer retention by proactively engaging with existing clients to secure repeat business and long-term relationships. Share market insights and collaborate with the Product Development (PD) and Research & Development (R&D) teams to drive innovation and new product offerings. Develop and manage a strong network of channel partners and dealers, ensuring effective distribution and market penetration. Establish and manage a robust supply chain and supplier network, both domestically and internationally, to meet product requirements. Onboard suppliers for contract manufacturing, partnerships, and other business needs in line with the companys strategic objectives. Build and lead a sourcing, quality, and operations team to effectively manage suppliers, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to quality standards. Requirements Must have 15+ years of experience in a trading firm or manufacturing set-up Proven experience in sales, business development and new geography expansion Should have a strong product knowledge and technical knowledge Strong supplier network in India & Overseas for product sourcing Location: Open to All Locations,
