Urgent opening for Head Maintenance (Project and Engineering) at Fortis Hospital Kalyan

Job Location - Kalyan (Mumbai, Maharashtra)

Qualification - Diploma/ B.E/B.Tech (Electrical)

Looking for candidate who have 3 or 4 years of Experience in Technical Role, along with 1 Year experience as department Head

Job Description:

• Should have knowledge HVAC SYSTEM
• Should have knowledge about preventive maintenance and breakdown maintenance.
• To keep up water supply, power supply
• AMC & CMC renewal
• Critical Equipment, maintenance such as transformer, DG, UPS, RO,VRV, HVAC,STP, Air Compressor
• Should have knowledge of MGPS, Air vacuum system, Plumbing work, Carpentry work
• Civil related issue
• All department related legal liaisoning and statutory inspections
• Project Management, Vendor Selection Process, Project execution
• Team Management, Outsource Manpower Management.
• Good at Letter Drafting

Preferred Experience - Hospital/Mall/Construction/School/Hotel/Infrastructure/Building Maintenance/ Facility Maintenance
