Job Description
- Responsibilities Machine Learning Expertise : Develop and implement machine learning algorithms for tasks such as pattern recognition, classification, and prediction. Design and build robust neural network architectures for various applications. Utilize statistical methodologies to analyze data, optimize model performance, and ensure model interpretability. Stay up-to-date on the latest advancements in machine learning research and explore new techniques to enhance our AI capabilities. Software Development & Tools Proficient in Python programming language and familiar with machine learning libraries/frameworks (e.g, TensorFlow, PyTorch, scikit-learn). Experience with SQL for data access and manipulation to support model development. Utilize cloud platforms and tools for efficient model training, deployment, and management (a plus). Data Analysis & Modeling Collaborate with data scientists and engineers to understand business needs and translate them into technical requirements for AI models. Clean, pre-process, and prepare data for machine learning tasks. Evaluate and interpret the performance of machine learning models, making adjustments for continuous improvement. Technical Skills & Background Possess a strong foundation in computer science principles and algorithms. Proven experience in applying statistical methods for data analysis and model optimization. Qualifications Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field. 5+ years of experience in machine learning engineering or a relevant field. Expertise in pattern recognition and neural network architectures. Proficiency in Python, SQL, and machine learning tools. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Excellent communication and collaboration skills. Experience in the AI/ML industry is a plus (but not mandatory) (ref:hirist.tech),
