OBJECTIVE OF THE ROLE
Entrusted with commission, brokerage, medical fees payout activities.
Basis the technical and managerial skills, expected to achieve the objective of correct and timely payout, filing various regulatory returns, giving meaningful MIS / reports to management, assess risk and establish necessary controls, manage audits and complete activities as per turn around time.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Weightage
- Ensuring The Daily, Monthly Quarterly and yearly Deliverables to be met within time lines covering all the checkpoints with respect to Commission payout & provisioning
- Managing the preparation, review and submission of various regulatory returns, reports and statements, to be submitted to compliance team within time lines
- Managing the preparation, review and submission of various Internal MIS within Time lines.
- Co-ordination with different departments for the closure of the issue raised and manage escalations and audits
- Prepare budget for the department along with variance analysis and monthly department provision
- Participate and contribute for projects, as needed also drive automation of various Processes and MIS with respect to commission payout.
- Risk assessment and mitigate the risk by establishing various controls
- To resolve any challenges which the team might experience in providing the above deliverable and manage a team
- Any other task as per management requirement

REQUIRED QUALIFICATION AND SKILLS
Educational Qualifications: Chartered accountant. - L4
For L3- Graduation
Work Experience:
1. 2 years + insurance preferable
2. Multitasking
Certifications: advance excel etc. (Not mandatory)
Other skill set:
-Advanced excel, word, PPT skills required
-Should be a team player
-Enthusiastic
