Responsibilities: Provide technical leadership in the field of AI and LLM, guiding the team in developing, testing, and deploying high-quality LLM models. Manage and oversee the day-to-day operations of the AI team, ensuring smooth operations and timely completion of projects. Develop strategies for new AI projects, setting goals, objectives, and timelines. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand company objectives and align AI capabilities to these goals. Maintain up-to-date knowledge of advancements in the AI and LLM field and apply this knowledge to improve our AI models. Foster a culture of continuous learning and improvement, encouraging team members to enhance their skills and expertise in AI and LLM. Develop and manage AI/LLM project budgets. Provide mentorship, feedback, and career development opportunities to team members. Qualifications: Ph.D. in relevant field: The ideal candidate should hold a Ph.D. in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, or a related field. This level of education demonstrates a deep understanding of the subject matter. Extensive LLM experience: The candidate should have extensive experience in developing, deploying, and managing LLM models. This experience showcases their expertise in the field. Leadership experience: Proven leadership experience, particularly in leading AI or Machine Learning teams, is highly desirable. This experience demonstrates the ability to guide and inspire a team towards success. NLP and AI technologies: A solid understanding of Natural Language Processing (NLP) and other AI technologies is necessary for effectively working on AI projects.,
