About the Role: Principle - Artificial Intelligence As the Director of AI, you will play a pivotal role in shaping and executing our AI strategy. You will lead the development and implementation of advanced AI models that drive our hyper-personalized chronic care programs, predictive motivation systems, symptom analysis, and real-time program adjustments. This is an opportunity to spearhead innovation at the intersection of AI, healthcare, and impact at scale. Key Responsibilities of Principle - Artificial Intelligence AI Strategy & Leadership Develop and execute the overall AI roadmap in alignment with our mission to transform chronic care. Explore and implement state-of-the-art AI technologies such as deep learning, natural language processing (NLP), and reinforcement learning to enhance the platforms capabilities. Drive innovation in key areas, including: Hyper-Personalized Care: Create models that adapt to user behavior, health data, and contextual insights in real-time. Predictive Analytics: Develop systems that forecast health outcomes, enabling proactive interventions. AI Development & Integration Oversee the end-to-end development and deployment of AI models for: Personalized health recommendations and interventions. Adaptive algorithms for motivation and adherence tracking. Gamification and rewards systems powered by behavioral analytics. Wearable device integration and real-time data processing. Build scalable and efficient AI pipelines, ensuring seamless integration with the platforms architecture. Data Science & Infrastructure Leverage big data to train AI models and derive actionable insights for improving chronic care outcomes. Implement advanced data acquisition, cleaning, and preprocessing techniques to maintain high-quality datasets. Develop infrastructure for scalable AI operations, ensuring reliability and performance. Team Leadership & Collaboration Lead and mentor a team of AI engineers and data scientists, fostering a culture of innovation and collaboration. Work closely with cross-functional teams, including product, engineering, and medical, to align AI capabilities with business objectives. Ensure ethical AI practices, compliance with healthcare regulations, and a user-first approach in all implementations. Key Qualifications Bachelors /Masters/Ph.D. in Computer Science, AI, Data Science, or related fields. Proven track record (5+ years) in developing and leading AI/ML projects, with a focus on healthcare or digital therapeutics preferred. Expertise in machine learning, deep learning, NLP, and predictive analytics. Strong knowledge of healthcare data, wearable integration, and AI-driven diagnostics. Experience building scalable AI systems and delivering impactful solutions at scale. Exceptional leadership and communication skills, with the ability to inspire and guide teams toward ambitious goals.,
