Job Description: Ensure all tasks are completed on time efficiently. Manage a mid-size team ensure all the process and procedures are followed diligently. Oversee the successful implementation of Projects assigned. Prepare reports and maintain records of work accomplishments and administrative information Understand process requirements, coordinate with resources and ensure the activities are moving in the right direction also on time. Responsible for setting goals for team, reviewing and giving timely and objective feedback to all teams with a view to identify skill and competency gaps and develop learning plans. Responsible for implementing people development plans for current and future skill requirements of the team. Qualification: More than 3 years experience in call centre operations Graduation must Good Communication Skill Previously team handling experience will be an advantage Looking for candidates preferably within Chennai location.
