Roles and Responsibilities
Develop and implement effective sales strategies to drive revenue growth and market share expansion.
Establish and maintain strong relationships with retailers, distributors, developers, architects and interior designers.
Identify potential customers and generate new leads through proactive outreach.
Acquire and maintain comprehensive knowledge of the company's products and services.
Represent the company at trade shows and industry events to generate new leads and enhance brand visibility.
Collaborate with the sales team to ensure customer satisfaction and address any concerns that may arise.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of sales activities and customer interactions.
Conduct market research to stay informed of industry trends and competitor activities.
Desired Candidate Profile:
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
A minimum of 6months-1 years of experience in a field sales role.
Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
Demonstrated success in achieving sales targets and generating new business.
Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
Excellent organisational and time-management skills.
Willingness to travel extensively within the designated territory.
