Job Description

    We are seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Sales Head to join our team and drive growth in the North India region. The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of vibration monitoring and CMS tools, coupled with a proven track record in sales within the process industry. This role involves building strong relationships with Plant/Maintenance Heads and Account Executives, identifying new business opportunities, and closing deals. Responsibilities: Partner with Plant/Maintenance Heads and Account Executives to identify and pursue potential clients. Develop and execute sales strategies to penetrate existing accounts and uncover new opportunities. Conduct in-depth sales presentations and product demonstrations to showcase the value proposition of our vibration monitoring solutions. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their needs and exceed their expectations. Provide market intelligence and competitive analysis to inform sales and business development efforts. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless delivery of solutions and customer satisfaction. Achieve sales targets and KPIs within the assigned territory. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related field. Minimum of 4 years of field sales experience in vibration monitoring and CMS tools within the process industry. Proven track record of success in sales, including prospecting, qualifying, and closing deals. Strong technical knowledge of vibration monitoring Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills. Ability to build and maintain strong customer relationships. Self-motivated, results-oriented, and able to work independently. Willingness to travel extensively within the North India region.
