Job Description
- Job Description: Oversee end-to-end accounting, reporting, and compliance for projects, programs, or the company, ensuring efficient fund management and accurate expense booking. Prepare periodic Cash Flow Statements (CFS), MIS, and Utilization Certificates, and ensure alignment of financial reports including balance sheets and management reports. Develop and manage quarterly and yearly budgets, assist with program budget creation, and monitor budget performance to identify variances. Lead, mentor, and develop the finance team while fostering a high-performance culture and communicating financial insights to the executive team. Collaborate with stakeholders, including departments, vendors, and auditors, and lead strategic planning, financial analysis, and risk management. Implement accounting, taxation, internal control, and IFRS systems, provide financial strategy advice, and ensure compliance with financial and legal obligations. Oversee working capital flow, corporate restructuring, and audit transactions for legality and sufficiency while offering financial advice and developing internal audit programs. Minimum Qualifications and Experience: Bachelors degree in finance, accounting or related field with minimum 10 years experience OR CA with minimum 3 years experience. Expertise: Strong foundation in budgeting and Preparation/interpretation of Financial Statements. In-depth knowledge of taxation and statutory compliances. Proficiency in MS Office and other accounting software like tally etc. Excellent communication, interpersonal skills at all levels. Attention to detail, precision and methodical approach.
