Job Description: As a Senior Business Development Executive, you will play a crucial role in shaping the strategic growth of our company. Collaborate closely with the engineering, product, and marketing teams to ensure product-market fit and tailor messaging for customer requirements. Lead the development of proposals, presentations, and pitches that articulate our value proposition and address customer pain points. Negotiate and close high-value deals, securing contracts for the deployment of our robotic solutions in diverse environments. Drive partnership strategies with key players in the robotics ecosystem, including technology vendors, system integrators, and channel partners. Develop and manage a pipeline of prospective customers, ensuring timely follow-ups and conversion into long-term partnerships. Track and report on sales performance metrics, providing insights and recommendations for optimizing business development efforts. Represent the company at key industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities to promote brand awareness and identify leads. Required Qualifications: 5-10 years of experience in business development, sales, or partnership management within the robotics, automation, or technology sectors. Proven track record of closing large deals and achieving sales targets in a B2B environment. Strong understanding of the robotics industry, including key trends, technologies, and applications of humanoid robots, AMRs, and AGVs. Experience in developing business opportunities in industries such as logistics, supply chain, manufacturing, healthcare, and retail. Ability to translate complex technical concepts into business value propositions for non-technical stakeholders. Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills. Strong networking skills, with an established network of contacts in relevant industries.
