Role Overview

As a Sales Manager at ICICI Home Finance, your primary responsibility will be to drive the sales of home loan products by effectively managing sales strategies. This role involves generating and converting leads into successful sales, maintaining strong customer relationships, and ensuring satisfaction throughout the loan process.

Key Responsibilities

• Achieve Sales Targets: Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets for home loans and related mortgage products.
• Lead Generation: Source leads through various channels like real estate developers, agents, and referrals.
• Customer Consultation: Assess customer financial needs and present tailored home loan solutions.
• Direct Sales Activities: Engage in client meetings, property site visits, and networking events to build a sales pipeline.
• Relationship Building: Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with real estate developers, brokers, and other stakeholders to drive lead generation.
