Role Objective

Manage channels within the assigned area.
Build and nurture relationships with channel partners and branch staff.
Conduct training sessions for branch staff, specifically Private Banking RMs, to enhance the cross-selling of general insurance products.
Perform weekly visits to designated ICICI Bank branches.
Execute sales strategies, drive revenue generation, and meet targets.
Assist with objection handling and support the sales process within the channel.
Focus on customer retention, particularly for health products.
