Job Description
- Greet customers, assess vehicle service needs, and provide service estimates.
- Create work orders and ensure smooth communication between customers and technicians.
- Schedule service appointments and manage service calendars.
- Oversee parts inventory and assist in sourcing required parts.
- Prepare invoices, explain charges, and process payments.
- Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction and future service needs.
- Bachelors degree in mechanical or related field
- Ability to build and maintain client relationships.
- Strong communication skills.
- Previous experience in automotive service or customer service.
